'A Lecca e 'a Mecca - Ospitalità Siciliana, ideal for couples and families who love to travel and want to feel welcomed as if it were their own home, is a historic residence from the early 1900s recently renovated, consisting of two small independent apartments located on two adjacent floors. The structure is completed by a small common room designed as a relaxation area where you can sit comfortably in an armchair to read a book or consult guides and brochures about the city and the surrounding area.
The apartment 'A Lecca, located on the first floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double and single bed, and a small terrace. It is suitable for couples or families with children up to 12/13 years old.
The apartment 'A Mecca, located on the second floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds)and small walk-in closet, and a large terrace. It is suitable for up to two people.
Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating, TV, washing machine, ironing board with iron, and free Wi-Fi. In case of families of four or five people or groups of friends, they can also be rented simultaneously.
Small/medium-sized pets are welcome, upon request to the manager; in this case, there is an additional one-time supplement for extra cleaning at the end of the stay.

After spending several years in the north of Italy, we recently decided to follow our hearts and move back to Modica to build a life that is more true to our interests and passions. Among these passions is hospitality and welcoming guests.
We believe in preserving and enhancing the cultural and community values of a place. Through this small tourism project, we aim to help our guests discover the territory and make their experience as authentic as possible. We also believe that through the exchange of knowledge and perspectives with our guests, we can contribute to the growth and enhancement of the local community.
The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Modica, a few hundred meters from the bus terminal for buses coming from Catania airport and nearby towns, and a stone's throw from the main street and the city's major monuments of interest. In particular, we point out that a short distance away are the Cathedral of San Giorgio (140 m), the Cathedral of San Pietro (420 m), the Rock Church of San Nicolò Inferiore (550 m), the Castle of the Counts (400 m) and the Birthplace Museum of Salvatore Quasimodo (550 m).
In the immediate vicinity, there are also bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, and pharmacies.
