‘A Lecca Apartment (1st floor): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a small balcony. Perfect for couples or families with children up to 12/13 years old.
‘A Mecca Apartment (2nd floor): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed (or twin beds), small walk-in closet, and a spacious terrace. Suitable for up to two guests.
Both apartments feature air conditioning/heating, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and free Wi-Fi. For families of four or five, or groups of friends, both apartments can also be rented together.
Small and medium-sized pets are welcome upon request (with a one-time extra cleaning fee).
The apartment 'A Mecca, located on the second floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds) and a small wardrobe, and a large terrace. It can accommodate up to two people and is equipped with air conditioning/heating, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are provided on site. Small/medium-sized pets can be accommodated upon request to the manager, with an additional one-time fee for extra cleaning at the end of the stay.

After spending several years in the north of Italy, we recently decided to follow our hearts and move back to Modica to build a life that is more true to our interests and passions. Among these passions is hospitality and welcoming guests.
We believe in preserving and enhancing the cultural and community values of a place. Through this small tourism project, we aim to help our guests discover the territory and make their experience as authentic as possible. We also believe that through the exchange of knowledge and perspectives with our guests, we can contribute to the growth and enhancement of the local community.
The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Modica, a few hundred meters from the bus terminal for buses coming from Catania airport and nearby towns, and a stone's throw from the main street and the city's major monuments of interest. In particular, we point out that a short distance away are the Cathedral of San Giorgio (140 m), the Cathedral of San Pietro (420 m), the Rock Church of San Nicolò Inferiore (550 m), the Castle of the Counts (400 m) and the Birthplace Museum of Salvatore Quasimodo (550 m).
In the immediate vicinity, there are also bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, and pharmacies.
